I Wish We Could Be Something by iForeverYooung

Plot: Emma falls in love with Regina without knowing that she is in love with her too. The blonde freaks out and leaves Storybrooke, she has an accident but Regina saves her. Regina is unable to accept her real feelings for Emma so she pushes her away but the blonde gets mad at Regina (although she keeps worrying about her). Then Emma finds out that Regina has real feelings for her and she loves her but the queen tells her that she can't love her. Emma keeps trying and Regina slowly lets herself feel altough it hurts till the moment that she's unable to hold her feelings for the blonde anymore and finally talks to her.
